I just got Paragard on the 23rd b/c I can't have hormones. It wasn't so bad, not like the horror stories I've heard of insertion, but now I can't tell if I'm on my period or spotting heavily and the cramps have set in. We need to get together, go drink heavily and forget that our uteri (uteruses?) hate us.
