SHOPPING ON EMPTY
so i stopped at the mall because i happened to be nearby. dillards just happened to have some 70% off racks and i just happened to find the cutest sweater dress (i've been somewhat on a passive hunt for a sweater dress, since they look so cute with boots, and i have lots of boots). but somehow i managed to forget my wallet at home? that was probably a sign, but i chose to ignore it, and went home to get my wallet.
this is the dress, and the pic is weird because of dillard's zoom feature. i like the pleated detail at the bottom (and the fact that i still fit in a size small)
i also stopped into Banana, and they had a few items on sale that were actually in my budget (although i'm not sure what my budget actually is since i have no income). They give student discounts on Tuesdays, and i happen to still have my student I.D.
ANYWAY, i got this cute dress (that i will not be wearing with those tights) for $20 (originally $152)
i also got these cargo pants (in a darker color), but i can only show you the picture from the back because the picture they have from the front they rolled the bottoms up and it looks dumb. but anyway, they're $70 pants and i paid $10 for them.
EXPRESS had a decent sale (additional 40% off redlines) but i tried on a bunch of skirts and pants in a size 6 and they pretty much all were too big. i didn't feel like going back and trying on all the 4s so i just called it a day.
