HOWEVER, we still won't be able to troubleshoot the phone when you are speaking from it, while driving no less, and refuse to end the call and call back from another phone. Contrary to what your little inbred mind has contrived, this is not a ploy of Cingular to waste your time, nor are the options I attempted to provide. Simply put, we cannot give you optimal service if you refuse to get off your FUCKING phone.
