Oh my [censored], poor thing I didn't know it was so bad... my last time that had the similar symptoms was when I came back from [censored]- fatty, oily, fermented, soaked, overcooked, sewage surrounded [censored] food + hot and (very) humid [censored] wheather + (god forbidden) ugly ugly [censored] people made my stomach upset for the entire week. I believe 'upset' means very very bad, eh?

I did remember swallowing lots and lots of charcoal pills from [censored] and as expected, didn't work eventhough I solely believe that charcoal only works well on barbeque pits and drawing pads; I had tonnes of [censored] for wind, cramp, first constipated then had chain diarrhoa. I literally tossed all the pills with yoghurt and cereal. Good thing was, I felt better... after a whole bloody week and I had wasted my entire week of holiday.

Toilet rolls count: 2 [censored] compact toilet rolls per day. As 1 [censored] compact toilet roll is equal to two ordinary toilet rolls... Gasp! I murdered a tree.
