This reminds me of the local news story of an abandoned building that has had music (the Iowa fight song, of all things - and we are nowhere near Iowa) playing full volume for hours every day for 6 months now. They can't figure out what's going on, and it's driving the neighboring businesses crazy. Very bizarre.
