1. When was the last time you wrote a cheque at a store?
Well, here in the US, we have checks… but the answer is ‘never’. Hardly any stores take them anymore, so I always use my debit card.
2. When was the last time you looked up something in a book?
I do that all the time! I love books! But the last specific thing I can remember is grabbing my copy of The Double-Daring Book for Girls to find out the collective noun for cats. Its ‘nuisance’, by the way ;)
3. When was the last time you used a dial phone?
Never? We have one in the house somewhere, a turquoise plastic phone, but it’s never been hooked up.
4. When was the last time you played cards with actual paper cards?
Not sure exactly, but more recently than I’ve played with digital cards. That’s more a group activity for me.
5. When was the last time you talked to a stranger?
In person, probably the waitress at the diner we went to on Sunday night (she was very nice). But I talked to several strangers on the phone at work today (and most of them weren’t as nice).
