“I know I was a little freaked out the first time we slept here, Abs, but in my defense, it’s not exactly a normal piece of furniture to expect in somebody’s apartment.”
“Whatever you say,” Abby said, turning her smile against his shoulder. “And you did come back.”
“Well, of course I did,” McGee said. “You’re here.”
“Aw, Timmy. My coffin is always comfier when you’re in it.”
