NOVEMBER
Things at Home: 3 humans, 4 cats. All is well. Thanksgiving was quiet, as usual - turkey TV dinners and really good pumpkin pie for dessert.
Things at Work: Same old, same old. Our new admins are mostly up and running (a few snags, the usual newbie mistakes). I’ve put in the rest of my days off - I like to take Wednesdays off, so I won’t have to work a full week until 2022!

DECEMBER
Things at Home: 3 humans, 4 cats. All is well. This year was ‘small Christmas’ - the little tabletop tree and a card-holding ribbon on the mantle. I think after last year, everyone was prepared for small indoor Christmases, so it didn’t feel as weird. Little Brother drove down on the 23rd and stayed the long weekend. It was supposed to be their year with Brother-in-Law’s family, but his schedule didn’t give him that much time. So, B-in-L went on his own, and Little Brother is joining him in the new year. It was nice to have him home, but I do like when he leaves, lol. We spent most of the time watching Christmas movies.
And here’s to 2022, it can’t possibly be any worse than 2021!
Things at Work: Still going. Things wind down at the end of the year, since nothing can be shipped over the holiday, but we’ll be back in full swing next week…
