“You may have come from completely different backgrounds,” said Phil, “but you’re so alike it’s a little scary.”
“Scary?”
Phil smiled. “You’re both brave and selfless and brilliant, and together you’re making me go grey twice as fast.”
“You’re already there, old man,” yawned Kate, from the couch.
“But you love us,” grinned Clint.
“I do,” Phil agreed, smiling back.
