“Never again,” said Torres, as he came into the bullpen.
Bishop frowned. “You insisted on going with Gibbs this time. Because you’re always stuck with me.”
“No,” he said, quickly. “Not stuck, I like partnering with you. I just thought we should divide up differently, once in a while.”
“Then what’s the problem?” asked McGee. “Gibbs is the best partner for surveillance. You should have tried being stuck in a small space with Tony for hours.”
“He doesn’t talk!” Torres hissed. “I was looking forward to some quiet, but he doesn’t talk”
His partners shrugged. “So?”
“Never again,” Torres repeated.
