This was my class from Kudan. They were a fun bunch, despite my frustrations. If you want all their names, ask me when we can talk in person. Too many in this picutre for me to go through, and I am lazy/tired as all hell...
Team Sweden! They fight crime, as you can see. From left to right, we have Ora, John, Nikolas, Johann, Elena and Ali. Everyone but John and Ali are from Sweden. John's Korean, and Ali's Turkish, but they are honorary Swedes. I will really miss these guys.
OMG! A map to my host father's restaurant! Well, since I made it, you have to just go and enjoy it. Food is great, and worth the price. Get an SO to take you there. *cackles* So, the map isn't all that accurate, but it helps. I recommend looking at the station map and comparing notes. You want to walk down Shinjuku Kuyakusho street until the first traffic signal, and then turn down the street there. Take the first alley you find to your right, and Pore Pore is right there. If you look straight ahead before turning right and up, you will see The Attic's sign up high above you. Good times await.
Outside of the restaurant. It is totally cute inside with mood lighting, and you can watch the chefs make your dinner. They also play an assortment of Japanese pop.
It's my host father, Toshiyuki-san! He's an excellent cook, and a really nice person. He's a little quiet though, so be sure to smile lots and speak clear Japanese. It would make me happy. ^ ^
Allie, Amanda and Andrea, sitting by the random Elvis store. We went to Harajuku today for the last time... Looking at Allie's face, you would imagine we had just supped on babies or something. In fact, we had eaten our last crepes, and been to the Oriental Bazaar, Kiddyland, and walked through some crazy ass Harajuku shops. Oh Allie. Someday we will do mischief that will merit that evil smile.
That's it folks! More photos of schwag when I get home and sleep a few hours. Oh jet lag, you are my favorite thing... O o Oh, and kaiten sushi twice in one day is THE BEST THING EVER.
