Whoa!
So some amazing changes since I last bothered looking in this journal...reading friend's posts and investigating former friends.
We have had several name changes, a few deletions and/ or cancellations, hair color changes which were quite surprising. Some people have broken free of their captors ( Parental units, what have you ) and some are getting divorced.
This is quite a perplexing social web here at LJ that is very different from relationships built up in other forms on the Interweb. Maybe because it is more personal, I don't really know...
It is fun to find someone divulging things in this forum that under most circustances they would not tell just to random people on the street. And yet here at LJ people get up on their soapboxes and preach the story of their lives to whomever may walk by. You can find someone who is writing about something, whether it is highly personal or extremely mundane ( like clove cigarettes ) and not feel so alone or unique in the world.
This is especially important for me as most of my "magickal" friends have sort of fallen by the wayside for various reasons that I do not want to hash out tonight. But at any rate, it is good to know that my thoughts, feelings, and actions are not as weird as they seem as I try to pretend to be thoroughly grounded in Mundania.
Oh yes and procrastination is a bitch. Reading through my old shit that I was dealing with way back when I have found many things that I still have not dealt with and or improved upon. I have had just this unemotional mask on for so long. Wake up, goto work, come home , Simpsons, sleep.
