i want to know what eveyone did for st pattie's day. i had to work until 2 am. i went to a house party. it was the reason why i'm glad i graduated from college. but it was fun.
i'm enoying a life for absolutly no responsibility. it is fun. every once in a while i'll get the creepy sense that i should find a real job and do something wtih my life. but these feelings can easily be ignored with a number of excuses.
i'm going to see the walkmen on wednesday.
last week i saw this gay comedian at the gay club in town...her performance was followed by her drag king show, after which everyone rushed the stage a danced to YMCA. it was possibly the gayest thing i've ever done. and i'm proud of it. i also danced with a pole for the first time (lasted about 3 seconds. literally. that's as much courage as i could muster). and my friend alex pointed out it was especially brave that i did it in the middle of a bunch of lesbians. mostly i was just excited that they actually played "time warp" from rocky horror picture show because i've never heard it in a club before. as i jumped to the left and took a step to the right i thought of all of you...
