I am back from Hawai'i. I obviously had an amazing time. I'm not ready to be back in Hazy, polluted Asheville. Blah. I had to work today fro 10 hours, and I have a double tomorrow. I start school on Monday, and I'm not ready to go back. I'm looking forward to my last semester. I gave myself an easy schedule, but things are starting to pile up already, and I know it's going to be a busy semester anyway.
I'm glad to hear everyone's doing well. Maybe I'll make it to Chicago or Providence sometime soon.
A word about the photos. Hanuama Bay: My first snorkeling ever, it was amazing. Although I did choke on a lot of saltwater. You get so close to the fish, you could touch them. I actually HEARD a fish munching on some coral. That's how close I was.
The big weird tree has roots that grow down and plant themselves in the ground. Cool. Also cool to swing on, pretending you're Tarzan.
And the other photo doesn't even do justice to the amazing mountains there.
