Lexi is a Slut
The end of the year is still going strong. Last weekend was my birthday and I got an amazing acoustic guitar from basically everyone I know thanks to Jamie. I was so pumped. It was an ill birthday but I still haven't done a lot of things I need to be legal to do. Anyway. I also got my tux, and had a an awesome steak dinner at Dave's. I worked the beggining of the week and the Sea Dogs is growing more and more fun. As Dave put it, "Basically every job at the Sea Dogs is awesome." My AP Calc Test was on Wednesday and I feel like I did much better on it than I thought. I had to go to rehearsal for 2 and a half hours for nothing on that Best of Broadway cuz no one told me and Blake when to be there. I was a little pissed, but I'll take the good with the bad and enjoy playing in front of a sold out audience at the Merril, even if it is for just one song. Today was an awesome day. I played guitar in math class and at lunch and spent all of after school (besides a break for food at the Great Lost Bear) jamming with Cheese Grater. We have two songs recorded. They could have both been better as far as timing and tempo, but they still sound great. The Cheese Grater is the most fun thing ever and will soon be taking over the world. We have a bunch of other songs in the making too, which are equally as awesome. This weekend will be crazy and then basically everything from there spirals out of control with Senior stuff and I am so excited. Oh yeah.
