The day before Easter I was in such a happy mood. I had gone in for an interview with K-designers to work in their Call Center.
Did I tell you this already? I thought I told everyone? Will you'll be the last to hear.
I .... am a Telemarketer. That's RIGHT! I have joined the Dark Side, and it's true! They do have cookies! :D
My Brother came in for the weekend so I was kicked out of sleeping in his room and Jacob was kicked out of sleeping over. Dad didn't like this "slumber party" So back to his Grandma's house.
Easter Day Chris left back for LA (work tomorrow most likely) Dad stayed. I was on the computer and lost track of time. I hadn't given thought on my sleeping arrangements so it was my own fault that the guest bed was cover with "stuff". I pulled off a bed sheet, a blanket and pillow; went back to my room and layed the bed sheet down (didn't do much did nothing) dropped the pillow and put the blanket over me. I read a little till Easter came.
We sat around and later in the day I got a call from Jacob. I drove out to his Grandma's house then we drove to his Dad's house for Easter. It was great! We eat, had ice cream and those fuffy cake things with the strawberry on them. Then we got to watch the two kids run around looking for eggs. The son (who was older) was going at it and the sister (who was just a toddler), she didn't like the tall grass but was slowly catching on to what this was all about. We moved some on to the pathment and help her look in the grass. The Brother had run around the corner of the house, seem like a few second help her get 2 or 3 and he came back with his basket full of eggs. He tried help by putting eggs in to the basket for her. Then they sat for picture and she started tossing the eggs, her older brother crawled over quick to grab them and put them in his basket. It was so cute! She was finding out just how entertaining boys are XD
She'd throw another on over his head, he'd quickly crawled to snatched it up into his basket and she'd start giggling then did it again and again till she was out of eggs. Then she went for his basket to throw more but he was like "no no those are mine." and somehow picked up this over flowing basket, took a few steps before one fell out. He made it up the porch step and they had a group picture with him and the basket (I was in it too)
We went in and they sat playing. I should get flashed card because I can't remember everyone's names, but I'm sure it was Jake's Mom who went to change and then her and Jacob's two sisters and me went out to take a walk. His house was in a forest area, nice house, mobile home house, old looking ones with gated fences holding back dogs that went crazy as we passed. All hiding from the road by tall trees. She walked us past some area where they where bulldozing something and it had some bee hive boxes, She assured us there was nothing in the boxes and we where safe, also she'd promise Jacob's Dad she wouldn't take us to far. We walked beside the trees that hide the creek and a few cars drove by and when they did we had to make sure to move to the side. Jacob's Mom had a pack with all the safty messures and told us some how some people up here arn't safe.
Time she and him (Jacob's Dad) where walking this path and sow this guy, bare footed run up the creek and he sow them and seemed startaled to see someone here. She had gotten to thinking that he'd done something wrong like bared a body, she sow that his hand had dirt, even under the nails also there had been a chopper flying around or something.
The next day he was talking at the store with someone about it (I think it was a police officer in the area) and he told them that it was someone out there with a garden or some sort.
Just hearing that it wasn't a dead body put my mind at ease.
We stopped at the little bridge over a some water where people who road horse from Reno would stop at, you could see witch trees the horses where tied up, and it was where the road had a circle around and went three ways, some benches and that stuff. I told them how in Georgia we had a creek in our back yard that we used to play at. And I added I'm sure Jacob keeps tell you how good of job my Dad has and all that stuff but we are just rich rednecks. Say I was loving this walk.
We went back and there, just in time. We walk in the door and Jacob's Dad is hold the toddler saying "See, Mommy's back, I told you". Everything had been fin, kids playing, the guys and Grandma had sat watching TV.
Grandma had turned it to her Spanish Soaps and just like every show, a "sex / murder scene" always comes on with the kids and the family in the room. Those scene just go by when you watching it but when you have people saying "turn it off turn it off" the scene just seems to linger on forever doesn't it? We switched to a DVD, an old show, can't remember the name, kind of that country family and their silly crazy adventure that happen right in their front porch kind of shows.
Did I say ice cream before? No we had the ice cream when we go back from the walk, that's right. Grandma was ready to go but they talked her into stay a little bit longer.
The drive back was fun (for me and Grandma maybe) she told me to sit up front because that's where girlfriends should sit and that arm rest should be there. Xp They must have given her something while I was gone.
Then we where picking on Jacob for have the window down then I made the mistake of change the song without asking so he turn it off. And I pouted but he didn't turn it back on so I had to keep myself amused some how. Went back to picking on him with Grandma.
That was my Easter... I couldn't remember but know I'm sure it was when we got back we went to Dimple Record to get GhostBusters (1 and 2)
We got half way in to the second Movie when my Dad said it was time for Jacob to go. I did have my first training class in the morning.
Day 1:
The first day when smooth and simple. There was a lot of talk about money, how much you could make, how much you would earn of you did this this and this. Then the scripted. I went to the near by Carl's Jr. had a sandwich and crisscut fries (not that grate but the guy was pretty friendly) maybe I don't notice because I go to the with that had a Green Been attached and add some of the salsa bar stuff. I had looked it over then got in the car with the radio for noise to say it without looking. Did that for the drive home taking the long way... I remember I also stopped at Arby's to grab some Roast beef sandwich to celebrate. I guess I ate more then I think. I even re-typed it up when I got home.
Day 2:
more talk of the scripted and taking notes. He gave us the bridges but that seem so easy that I didn't really worry to much about it.
All and all things where going Great!
