Well, I'm almost got everything:

#1 -- I've hit 6 days of solid exercise: 3 days with 30 minutes on weights and 3 three days with stretching. I'm feeling very proud of this at the moment. And not near as sore as I was midweek last week.
#2 -- Still haven't hit my daily goal, in fact, last week I hardly wrote at all. Will need to focus on this more and find more motivators.
#3 -- Have eaten healthier food, unfortunately I'm not cutting out as much junk food as I should.
#4 -- Skin care is doing great. Hope to have sandal feet come summer, fewer pre-wrinkles, and more elasticity in my skin when I start to shrink.
#5 -- Swear words up, and am doing best to keep positive attitude despite some very negative life issue. The exercise seems to be helping with that. Maybe writing too. Also I've started making daily goals for things that I want to get done each day and making them public in Plurk. Hopefully that will help, too.

Sometime this week, I'll write about those negative life issues. I've got someone I need to talk to before I make them public knowledge, though. That's been kind of hard to do, emotionally.

Overall, I happy with my progress and will keep working on getting better with it.
