Dawned on me I should prolly be putting the series/movie in the subject, too. ^^;;;
Thanksgiving was nice and quiet. We all slept in, some of us later than others ;*] , then we watched Mulan, HoND, and Pirates of the Carribean. ^__^ I am in such a Disney mood now! *Gazes at her Jehan wall art for a moment then remembers what she was doing* Ahem. ^^;;;; (I could use more Jehan art, hmm...) Ahem again. ^^;; Despite the Disney, the following scene is G Gundam. Kinda want to watch that now, too, in dub..which is unusual. The dub was okay, but I like the quirkiness of the Japanese dialogue better. ^_^ ... ...I need more icon space. Now I want to use my Chibodee one. XD *is silly*
... ...Hmm, keep this up and I'll be doing G Gundam crossovers with Disney like I did with GundamW. LOL

"Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee!"
That was their chant! Calling his name!
"Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee!"
The violet-haired young man threw a punch with his right hand at the air in front of him, then followed with a left hook. He danced from foot to foot, contemplating his next move -- but not taking too long. Quick thinking and good strategy was the way to win a fight. He had gone undefeated for the last six months for this reason.
Yet he did pause to take in a deep breath of the city air. It had a tang of concrete and dirt, owed to the buildings lining either side of the street. Some were intact. Others had crumbling facades but were fine inside. Then there were those crumbling inside and outside. These were generally in progression along the street, but a few existed at random amongst the other two types. One block over, however, was a bustle of activity as the largest section of New York City still in perfect working order -- by some miracle. As the sun began to set Chibodee could see some of the neon lights shining over and through the derelict structures surrounding him.
He returned his attention to the task at hand. Tomorrow's oppponent was a tough one. He hadn't faced this guy before nor had he heard much about him. He had a few friends that occasionally scouted the opposition for him, but this time they couldn't crack the secrecy. No matter. He was the best there was in this city and no one would stand in his way.
"Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee!"
He could hear their calls! Calling for a champion!
"Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee!"
He moved through a flurry of moves that might have dazzled the eyes of anyone watching -- if there was anyone to watch.
One day, the whole world would be watching him. No -- the whole world and all of outer space! He would be known as a champion throughout all of the colonies, too!
"Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee! Chi-bo-dee!"
He raised one fist in the air. "For New York! For you! For the dream!! You can do it, Chibodee!"
