Update on Natwest
They called us today and it turns out that we really did only need the marriage certificate, so it was the woman who served us who was being a total git. The woman is sending us a letter confirming this so that we don't get hassled again when we go to get Chris' name changed. Guess it's simpler than having to tell work, the Bedford Council Tax people and the utilities people that we have new accounts.
