Hell Week is almost over. Yes, I still have 5-10 pages left to write for my human trafficking research paper. Yes, a rough draft of my novel for French is coming up soon. Yes, there is still my media log and research paper for Mexican-American politics. Yes, I am broke as hell and considering taking a second job.
But I still feel relieved, like I've made it.
I have learned a lot about myself this week. I can make it through horrific times if I just keep myself centered, repeat a mantra, remind myself that this, too, shall pass. It helps to have someone to turn to.
Today is 420. I think I deserve a good smoke-out! Ha ha.
