Hmm, I found a lump on my little rat siouxsie on Sunday.
Under the loose bit of skin near her sholder.
you can't see it unless she is stood upright on the bars or if you hold her scruff.
Hmm... its a soft lump, but that could mean anything.
Ollie thinks -hopes- it's a glandular infection of sorts, I do hope it's that or a cyst due to it's softness.
But we all know the problem with rats, therefore i'm expecting the visit to the vets today will confirm it's a tumor....

I'll have it removed if it is, as long as it doesn't break the bank... but hey she's two and a half, so she's hopefully fit enough for it to be removed.
She still as inquisitive and snuggly as ever.
Just really worried, she's my last ratty as the boys both died of chest infections.
Edit: yup, it is likely to be a tumour, gonna cost £50 to remove, now need to decide if we should go ahead.
