Spay day!
Finally got Miss Chrissy cat spayed as of today - and none too soon, because it looks like the weather is going to take a big 'ol shit on us later this weekend. (Frickin' snow. >:p )
That leaves Teddy and Taffy to be fixed. I'm seriously considering starting one of those GoFundme raiser things for this purpose (as well as to help defray the cost of food and litter, and maybe a little 'emergency' fund set aside for unexpected vet visits like Sam's).
In other news, have managed to clean a significant portion of my room, although there is still stuff on the floor due to my having nowhere to put it (or containers to put it in). But there is more floor than there was before and I'm not navigating a corridor of clutter like I was.
Nothing on the job front at present. Nobody's hiring cashiers now that the holidays are done with, and I have no skills for anything else, really. So I'm just taking it one day at a time. Maybe I'll get lucky and hear something from one/more of the places I already have applied at.
My car evidently has a cracked wiper fluid container - tried to put some in there today, only to discover I was basically pouring it out straight onto the ground. Well, that explains why I could never get the wipers to spray when I needed them to. :p
