The ink ain't even dry on the vote and already we're seeing people (aka the haters) flip their shit over yesterday's marriage equality vote. According to one dried up old bat from Libertyville, marriage is for "procreation only." (Scary bit: this woman is a librarian.) I think we all know what that crock's full of.
I shall find great amusement in the irate responses to come, heh.

Nov. 6th is the 54th birthday of Tobita Nobuo-san, otherwise known as the delightfully sinful purr of my favorite happily homicidal transporter, the one and only
Akabane. :D

I'm somewhat growing accustomed to living here at the Patch, but I still miss my old house in town. Someone has already rented it and is living there now. *hiss* strangers in my room!! I miss that old room. It was bigger and cooler, and there was space between rooms, unlike being confined to the Shoebox where pretty much every noise is audible. Also, the floor creaks in spots, particularly near and in my room, which really sucks as those creaks are audible to my folks' room, which is literally right next to mine. D:
Got some awesome birthday/moving goodies from the ever-excellent
ugbun, including an adorable manga called Ninth Life Love, which is about the bond between a boy and his pet cat (who is reincarnated as a human). It reminded me of all the kitties I've loved over the years.
Speaking of cats, good thoughts/prayers/well-wishes/etc. for my friend
eternus_animus, please: her beloved Toll kitty passed away suddenly yesterday. :(
