Surprises (not necessarily pleasant ones).

I actually made two: one for family members, and one for friends. Reason being is because the main members of my family (i.e., the only reason I gave in in the first place) are Conservatives of the Not-Good kind, and I'm not in the mood to plow through comments explaining why I and/or all my friends are Wrong Evil Bad Icky People according to some fucked up shitty interpretation of religion. I already scrolled through my SIL's page and saw a shitload of bullshit including but not limited to a link supporting Chick-fil-A for being bigoted assholes and trumpeting the OMG CHRISTIANS IN AMERICA ARE SOOOOOOO PERSECUTED 'CUZ WE CAN'T STOMP ON OTHER PEOPLE'S RIGHTS card. *resists urge to vomit*
So feel free to PM me and I'll give you the name of the FB I made for friends.
(Hate having to censor myself just so a few folks don't get butthurt, but, well, that's the way it is, and when you're as dependent as I am on that goodwill...!)

- Learned that my brother is being redeployed again. Despite our extreme differences of opinion (see above), he's my brother and I appreciate any well-wishes for his good health and safe return.
