Title: Other Half-Truths
Rating/Warnings: NC-17... It's not incest so much as soulcest but...
Characters/Pairings: Tommy and Billy, with mentions of Teddy and the Kaplans. one-sided Tommy/Billy, mentioned Teddy/Billy, Tommy/Kate/Eli.
Summary: Tommy has some "feelings" about Billy. His right hand gets a lot of exercise.

Oh god, should I feel gilty for enjoying Tommy's fantasies so much? hahaha

The truth is, I just can't resist reading fics where Tommy is included and this fic was especially enjoyable.
Everything feels so real here, the way Tommy see things, his crush on Kate (thank you for including that) and his struggling to try to understand Billy.

Writing this subject isn't easy but I think you nailed it very well, Tommy knows he is somewhat related to Billy but surely enough he doesn't see him as a real brother, it's more like they have a soul connection than anything else, he obviously also care about Billy - even if he is constantly trying to hide that fact - and I could really feel that on this fic. Besides that, I think it could be quite possible for him to be confused like that about his feelings, he would never tell anyone and he would never do anything about it but he surely would ponder about it while alone, the fact that Billy makes it clear that he cares about him just adds to his confusion (especially considering the fact that Tommy longs for affection, even if he would never admit that, not even to himself).

I highly enjoyed and am glad to see another fic with them, I swear I have a weakness for fics with these 3 (and I don't even know how it started =P).

It was very well written, I really enjoyed the way you portrayed all the characters (Mrs. K included), but Tommy especially. Thank you for sharing.

Any chance you have plans on writing these 3 again in the near future? xD

I'm finding more and more that Tommy is my favorite character to write. His voice is fun for me to explore and since we have so little background on him (HEINBERRRRRG!!!), it leaves a lot for the imagination. Mine just... crossed the line here and so did Tommy's. lol. But Yeah, I always write Tommy as having a MAJOR thing for Kate. Always. I mean the comics really hint at it being a one sided thing for the present but there is the potential for it to grow. (Probably why I ship Eli/Kate/Tommy, since I really could see her falling for both of them at some point, but wow I'm ranting off topic here.)

Anyway, I really wanted to emphasizes that Tommy and Billy love one another, even if it isn't incest. They still see each other as twins in a very spiritual way, even if Tommy still has trouble accepting it. But affection really does throw him for a loop. And Billy's especially leaves him feeling vulnerable and that frightens him. And intrigues him. I could fully see Tommy not knowing how to handle affection so he actively rejects it on the outside and obsesses offer it internally.

Again thank you for the lovely comment! And I do want to write more for Tommy in the future, especially his relationship with Billy. (Oh Magneto, why is your family so much fun to write?)
