I had the same type of hysterectomy. If you have any questions etc, just let me know.
Make sure you have support for when you come home. You won't be able to do any lifting for a long time and that includes the kids. If hubby is going to be at work, than insist on Home Care coming in to help you. I suggest setting it up before the surgery. I can help with that, if you wish.
While the lumps in your liver are good reason to be concerned, don't worry too much. If that's possible. Most people have them without any issues. I can send you info if you want. A high number of them are common and benign. Though they may become an issue if you are looking at Hormone Replacement Therapy. (Start talking to your doctors about that now)
