Here's the other side of me...
The semi was great! Yeah. Very funny. Some memorable moments:
-Getting ready at Sophia's house (y'all looked so good ^^)
-Seeing Greg Nakashian and Caitlin Walsh dancing like no tomorrow (and getting pictures! evidence!)
-The various dance circles and the people inside them (I love Shari - dancing to Britney Spears's "Toxic," and Joe Higgins not knowing how to dance but being in the center of the circle anyway)
-Seeing Greg Nakashian "dancing with" four or five "voluptuous" (as Grace so wonderfully termed it) girls (actually, Greg was just standing there with a rapturous expression on his face while the girls danced really close to him)
-The conga line!!
-"Let me clear my throat"
-Amanda Delaney's awesome flashing shoes
-Couples (squee! cute!)
-Seeing Greg Nakashian being lifted up above the crowd (he was really the star of the show)
-"It's getting hot in here, so hot, so take off all your clothes" (Danilo actually obliged, taking his shirt off and dancing in the center of a dance circle)
-Seeing David and Becca dancing (^_^)
-Theresa and Sophia breathing helium after the semi
And the music was...well, I really liked it. Some of the songs were a few years old and brought back nostalgic memories of when I used to be really into that kinda stuff. And believe it or not, I actually danced. I've never actually danced before. Seeing everyone just getting down and letting loose was strange, but very very cool. I'm so glad I went. It was really a lot of fun. I'll be so happy when the Junior Prom comes too!
