Day 12 (Wednesday)
This morning I did laundry. fun and exciting it was not. lol
Then I did groceries and bought a whole bunch of food that I didn't get to eat today...although I am debating cooking when I go upstairs...it's already almost 9:30...but I don't think I'll be going to bed before 11:30...so it's probably ok to cook what I had in mind. I bought ingredients to make pasta with chicken, green pepers, onion, lotus root, white sauce and cheeze. I also have carots too but they may take too long to cook for this. After shopping for food and while waiting for my clothes to dry, I ate lunch (Yaki Niku and Rice with some sort of sea weed stuff that was really good).
At 1:30 I got on a train to go to Shibuya. I couldn't remember if I was supposed to meet Mamiko at 2 or 2:30 and didn't want to spend the money to check online so I just went early and read a book. It was 2:30. So I read some more of my Stargate Atlantis Book: Blood Ties. Really good book.
At 2:30 Mamiko found me and Yoko joined us shortly after. We went to book off and I bought another movie (Deep Impact). I love that movie!! and now I have it in both Japanese and English! YAY! After that we went to HMV so Yoko could buy concert tickets. We went to a little dessert shop after that and got drinks and talked until about 5:30. At that point Yoko went home and Mamiko went to meet her friend from America named Diana. She and Diana were going to go see Ponyo on the Clif by the Sea. (yes I remembered the name of the movie in English this time). Since I didn't mind seeing it a second time I tagged along with them. Diana is here for a 3 week course to help her get ready to take the 2nd level proficiency test. I wish I had known about it! It ends the day after I leave to go home. It's pretty intensive but she's learning a lot!
We also went and got purrikura (little sticker pictures that you take in a photo booth and then get to decorate! you get to take 7 pics and pick 6 that you like and then you decorate them and then you print them off.) I love purikura...I still don't know how to spell it though. lol
After the movie I took the train back to Shibuya and got here just before coming online to post. So now I'm gonna go upstairs a cook 'cause I think I'm hungry enough to eat now.
I got an e-mail from Aya. Her parents want me to go spent Sunday and Monday at their place so I won't be going to Disney Sea on the 17 with Aya, I'll be hanging out at her place instead...kinda happy and kinda not about that. I really wanted to go to Disney Sea...but I do like spending time with Aya's parents. So now I have to find some other day to go to Disney Sea...I'm thinking probably Tuesday or Wednesday..pretty much the only days I can go....I just hope that I can find a friend to go with me..I'll gladly go alone, but it's more fun with a friend.
