this was my fortune cookie from when i went out to eat tonight...and i must say, if this is true, i am very excited.
finals week!! i love this week for the half days and free-time we get in most classes, but i hate the fact that this one test counts so much. this time, i'm planning on studying a lot for each one so hopefully i can pull off an A, but if not then at least a decent grade in each class. so far i have a 100 in orchestra (and it was such a hard test obviously) and a 103 in photography. tomorrow i have english and spanish. english, i'm worried about, but spanish, not so much. i usually do good on spanish tests, so i'm assuming i will this time. i hope. but english is the opposite. we have 3 parts to our final. the antigone test, the grammar test, and the test over whatever book we read this six weeks plus our reading logs of the 600 pages required. the grammar should be easy and considering i read a very good book that i understand, i should do well on that part, also. it's the antigone part that i'm not ready for. we do get to use our notes and our study guides, so hopefully it won't be much different than the study guide. we didn't even finish reading the story! we've been reading it in class and random people just read the parts outloud. oh well. as long as i do really good on the other two tests, i think i can get a good grade for the whole final.
tomorrow i'm going christmas shopping and i still don't know what to get everyone. i guess i'll just buy things as i find them.
