Tragically, Nik Hagman's unfortunate 4-game goal drought has dropped him all the way to a tie for fifth for the NHL scoring lead. Still, not bad for a seventh round pick (Thanks again, Florida!).
Morrow & Mickey Ribs both pick up 3 points tonight...there's a lot of things wrong with this team, but you gotta love those two together. They can't talk to Ribs' agent until January, but when they can, I want them to get the deal done quick & lock these guys up for their primes & build the team up around the two of them for the new couple of years. We have to start thinking about life after Mo & Lehts & Zubie. There are worse cores to build around than Brenden Morrow, Mike Ribeiro & Marty Turco.
PS: Mo's magic number is down to 3.
PPS: Oh yeah, Podcamp has been pretty awesome. Exhausting, but awesome.
