friday!
Tennis started this week. It’s going really well. I’ve beaten Andrea, Brittany, Katie, and Jess and I’ve lost to Jessica 8-4 and Shira 6-2. I’m doing pretty good. I’m so tired though, I get up at 6:30 every morning. I’ve also been staying up late trying to finish Washington’s crossing. I’ve almost read 100 pages!
On Thursday after I finished babysitting, I went to Ena’s in Mahomet. I took the wrong road which was ok, but it was under construction, so I had to take a detour, which I got lost on and so I ended up in white heath. I called Renee and she got me back to Mahomet, but it took me 45 min and I was so scared. I went real fast down the country roads. When I got to ena’s we made cookies for Renee Chagnon and Shira’s birthdays. Ena showed me all her pics from mexico. when i followed Ena back to Champaign, she went kinda fast, so i had to catch up to her. my car's speedometer only goes up to 85 and i was going faster then that trying to catch Ena.
On Friday Ena took me to tennis and we gave everyone the cookies, and after tennis I went back to Ena’s house. Amanda came over too. We were playing with baby Gia, Ena’s sister and we saw someone in her neighbor’s yard. We weren’t sure if it was a dude or a girl, but all they had on was a towel on their head and a button down shirt. They were hanging clothes up on the clothes line and when they bent over you could totally tell they weren’t wearing anything …major crack. We took a bunch of pictures and were cracking up. Amanda whistled when they went back inside.
I had pizza over at liz’s for dinner, and Marci and Liz had the Joseph cd in when I got there, so of course I sang along and sometimes made strange movements for every single song. I think they got sick of me. Then we played volleyball in her backyard. It was really hot, and I suck at volleyball!
Friday night Lana came and got me at 9 when she got back from golf. We drove around for a while and tried to figure out where Ashley was. We finaly met her, Lydia, Clegger, Chase and Pat at Clark park. Caleb, Jason and Adam came too. Murph showed up for a few minutes and was being a total idiot with his car, he’s real dumb. Then Lana, Caleb, Jason, Adam, and I went driving around. We drove through Morrisey park, got lost in the country, and lana toped out at 110. it was great. It sucked that Ash was being annoying that night and didn’t really hang out
