New Zealand
Hello, lovies.
I've been very quiet as of late but I want you all to know I still love you all. Even those of you who don't post often.
This post is a plea for information. I'm going (moving?) to New Zealand for 6 months starting in August, to live and work and wander around for awhile and be a bit crazy. I haven't got any plans as of yet, nor do I have any jobs, but I hold out faith in the world that all that will come. I am signed up as a WWOOFer and a CouchSurfer, so we'll see what happens there. I also have a friend who will be in Christchurch in Sept-Oct, so that's good too.
But I know some of y'all (one in particular, muffledlaugh I'm looking at you...) have been to NZ, and I want to know: what's good? what's bad? what's not to be missed? what were your favorite parts? where do I absolutely HAVE to go?
Give me information. Give me connections. Give me names, emails, anything you've got. I want 'em. In return, I promise endless gratitude and a killer photo blog. Maybe even a postcard!
If you've got other trustworthy LJ friends who know NZ, pass this on. I want as many connections as I can get. This trip is an exercise in trusting strangers and myself.
