12 hours yesterday. 16 hours today. Still here now at 1030 and I have to be back at 7. Yippie!! The things we do and or sacrifice to get what we want. Money. Time off. That's what it all boils down to.
What other job out there affords their employees to do enough time swaps and such as to end up with 6 weeks straight off not usuing and time off the books. Not many that I can think of. 6 weeks? Not me personally.
I couldn't imagine having no life for however long it takes to pay that all back. But a good friend of mine did it. She does this like every 3 months so she doesn't even touch her annual and vacation. The most I have ever done is 3 weeks.
But when We decide to have a baby I am sure I will take full advantage if the system as to have as much time off as possible with our baby. But I have a ways time go before I have to worry bout that. I have to make it through the wedding first. Then the purchase of a home would be nice.
I have a feeling that 2010-11 will be big life altering years for me. I look forward to the changes and the challenges.
