I was talking to a friend today and she told me my body looked best when I was running. She is right. Recently I have been focusing on how many calories I burn. Back then I was trying to go for distance and speed increasing one Or the other every day. Maybe I should go back to that.

But I do also have to admit that back then I was planning my menu out every day and sticking to it. Recently my hours have been crazy so I can't seem to create a structure. One day I work 16 then another 12 and or a day off on each side for example. I just can't seem to find the dicipline to either make my lunch or even eat what I carry when it is much more tasty to eat something not so healthy. Hmmmmmm

It should get better come the first of the year. Supposedly joey will be back home and I may be switching shifts again. So maybe I can get a normal routine going again.

Wedding planning is kind of at a stand still. I am getting together info on caterers. But I can't really decide on bridesmaids dresses or flowers until I decide on the style of my dress. I told myself that I would wait until
November to decide on my dress as that would give me a little more time to shape up. However that would be pushing the time frame for everything else. Frustrating.

I need to find the ever elusive pot of gold. Can anyone help?
