FIGHT QUEST

On this week's Fight Quest, Doug and Jimmy travel to Israel to study Krav Maga. Doug trains with instructors from KMF (the organization I train under)!!!
Rhon Mizrachi, Master Instructor of the NY school (and who I trained under for my Yellow Belt) will also be on the show. Keep an eye out for him... he's awesome, and I wonder how his sarcastic sense of humor translates over to TV.
Also keep an eye out for Avivit Cohen. She's a 3rd Dan instructor from the Israeli school and she is one tough woman. She came to NY last summer for a week long seminar. I didn't attend it because if I'm taking a week off, I don't want to spend that time getting my ass handed to me. I saw her just hanging around the Combatives room and she had a vibe, you know? She's one of those people who radiates toughness and strength without even trying. I weep for whatever moron that tries to mug her.
Anyway, it should be good.
On a personal note, I went to class last night and will probably go tonight. I somehow pulled muscles under my arms, so my armpits actually hurt when I put on deodorant this morning. :P
