America looked rather oblivious to Bakura's opinion of him, his head perking up like a startled animal.

"What's so crazy about this? I mean... nobody's figured out a way to leave, right? At least this way, we can have a little bit of fun..."

I'm surprised that Bakura hasn't bullied Marluxia into participating in some way...

"They kind of watched me when I built the rink, some of them. I wonder why some of them can see me, and some of them don't, or can't.

America shrugged. "But yeah, hopefully we won't have any outrageous displays of the paranormal while our ceremonies are underway."

So Marluxia is a caterer now?

[amerihero]

"Well... once some more people show up, I was going to light the torch." He replied, gesturing to a stand he had set up in the center of the roof. "And I was grilling meat for the party."

I'm sure that's what Bakura told him.

[amerihero]

"Yeah, but it's easy to do it up here. Fast turnover."

He's still sulking a bit.

[amerihero]

"Figure and speed-skating." America shrugged. "Speed-skating is easy enough to judge. Figure skating seems... more like a French thing. I don't get it, but it looks nice, I guess.."

... How do they manage to flirt even in threads <i>not devoted to them...?

America just shrugged. "It's not like this is a serious thing. I mean, c'mon. We have, like, five different countries showing here."

America is gagging.

"We'll be okay. We've got doctors."
