Well... I havent updated in awhile and I thought it was about time..
First off... THE USO DANCE!
Thanks off to Sarah and Becky for driving from Brighton to come dance with me and the other guys.! Secondly thanks to Becky again for helping me win BEST DRESSED MALE! Yes I won that and kind of surprised by it. Just confirms that I really do look like those guys from the 40's. Lastly...im a good dancer! So look out ladies!
Ok so there is this girl..shes cute, funny, outgoing, and basically the other half of me that has been missing for a long time. We've been talking for awhile and after taking her and her roomate out to the movies. That pretty much confirmed that we had to hangout by ourselves. We planned on hanging out this weekend, but with it being after valentines day we were both kind of bumming. So with that in mind I sent her some flowers. Not a dozen roses and chocolates like so many other guys do on valentines day. But a nice small pink vase with 6 or so tulips in it. She loved it and I found out then too that she loves tulips *took notes on that*
Anyways so I went over to see her at WMU this weekend. Since I couldnt take her out on wednesday, last night was our night. I dropped my stuff off, we changed and then headed out to dinner.
As you can tell at night, this place can be pretty romantic. It was just the two of us and we both had a GREAT meal to die for. We had the table infront of the fireplace so it was definitely awesome. It was expensive but she is definitely worth it. Thats our new place for when I come over and see her.
After dinner we went back and watched a movie but I think it just ended up talking with her suitemate and falling asleep. Thats after we exchanged valentines gifts.
Its quite the bear, and is fuzzy like me...in a way. The metal rose was pretty sweet too!
Thats what I ended up giving her. Its a 1943 dated Sweetheart pillow. They were pretty popular during the war, and with both of us being history nuts, I thought it was perfect.
Anyways after taking her and her suitemate out to breakfast I headed on home, and now I am here.
Me and Bella arent going out yet, we're still just friends, and I need to talk to her parents before I can even THINK of asking her out. But yeah.. shes totally worth everything, and I'm happy that shes in my life...
Thats all I have tonight, oh and sorry that me and bella didnt get any pictures from this weekend. We wont let it happen again! :-)
