Real internet and a new job
I got hired by a decent clinic in town. It's like three miles down the road, so no more 45 minute commute. It's a two/three doctor, privately owned practice, so no health insurance, but no corporate dictators either. I found out that a lot of shit I did in Texas, I legally can't do here. They have much stricter laws about that than Texas does. Looks like I'll have to sign up for the "distance learning" shit and get my RVT.
In other news, we have real internet, not just a 3G card run through a router. And cable. That was a fun experience, I was ready to punch the damn installation guy. He was a bit of a dick. Cliff called and screamed at the cable company and I think he got it resolved.
The cats are getting along all right. Morgan and DC have had some nasty disagreements, but for the most part, everyone's happy.....
