Personal feelings aside, I think he'll simply be remembered for what he does.
If you look at the life of G. W. Bush you will see a simple pattern.
All his life, he's been given an agency, business, or whatever, that has, in the past, been a solid successful money maker or even has a surplus of success. Once he gets his hands on it, however, no matter what, that same business, organization, or agency is run in to the ground and marred forever by irreparable damage. He did it to the Cardinals, his oil business, other people's countries, and our own.
It that's too much, I'm sure he'll be remembered for the steadfast truthiness that only comes from the gut!
