Breaking the silence with conflagration
So, I haven't posted in awhile...
I haven't really had anything too amusing to report so I've just been quiet, but for those who were unaware, two apartments at Northridge burned down last night at 3:00 a.m.
Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was a very humbling experience, reminding us that shit still tends to happen. A couple of our friends are without power and with smoke filled apartments, so we should do what we can to help them out.
It's strange. You always think of a fire as something that happens to somebody else, but then when you think about it, we're all somebody else.
