Tito had always been very preoccupied with being considered a good kid by others. Even when he was very little, he had always tried his hardest to make friends with everyone. Now that he was out on his own and stranded in this weird town, he felt that it was even more important than ever that he was on very good terms with his neighbors. After all, he didn't have his family here with him to fall back on in tough times. Besides, it seemed like everyone was stranded here around the same time; may as well reach out to them because he knew he sure needed some comfort.
And so, armed with another flan of his mother's recipe, Tito was making his way to apartment 5B to greet another of his new neighbors. What better way to say hello than a delicious dessert?
Once in front of the door, he reached out and knocked, fidgeting a little. He was always nervous when meeting people, but it was best to try and know everyone.
