Jess: Debbie wants me to call the insurance company and claim it as a hit and run

Jess: I'm like "ya you hit the mailbox and then ran to Japan"
So basically this chick Debbie hit my friend Jess' mailbox while driving Jess' car resulting in a large dent in a really nice Jetta. It would cost $400 bucks to fix because the dent is such a way that they can't pop it out so they'd have to like replace the metal and repaint the car and everything. So yah... the girl's kinda a fruit loop.
