Friday, as my head was still spinning a bit from reading through my old journal, I picked one of the three things I could have gone to and headed out to Chi Cha lounge to have dinner with enlightened77 and a bunch of people I didn't know. Should the situation arise again: you can park at Pentagon City mall and use the metro there. They close the automated exits after midnight, but I think the exit with the cashier is open all night.

Neat. I'll keep that in mind. I almost parked somewhere in Rosslyn and grabbed the metro there. Then I got stubborn.

That, of course, was after seriously considering driving into DC.

It's all good, though. Well worth it for the company and food. :)

That happens to a lot of people driving in that area. What they don't tell you is that Arlington doesn't exist in Cartesian space. That, and all the highways go in spirals and circles.
