And the other reason for much joy the weekend...
I've got an old friend coming down from Boston for the weekend.
This is also bringing me back in to touch with a mutual friend of ours who got married some time ago and moved to Virgina. Boy was I embarrassed to find out that she was in Falls Church and not deeper in the south like I had thought. That's almost two years that I could have been hanging out with her and her husband (who I've never met)! Silly, silly me.
That will all be taken care of over the next few days. :)
There will be a trip to Chiaroscuro Saturday night. Who else is going to be there? I want you all there. (It really is all part of my master plan to eventually get all of my friends to meet one another.)
Not sure exactly what's up Friday night or during the day on Sunday. But I do think there's a trip to the Zoo in the works for Saturday morning/afternoon (gods I hope it's the afternoon...) if anyone's interested in joining up and making fun of the animals at the zoo. (I hear there's going to be interesting creatures on display, too...) :)
