So I've realized a few things this evening as I've sat here, working on the costume during commercials (and by "working on the costume" I mean "mostly just staring sternly at it from the couch

A dressmaker's dummy can be constructed. Just put on a cheapo tshirt and shorts, and then wrap yourself in duct tape. Carefully have someone cut the duct tape straight up the back so you can get out, then tape the figure back up. Stuff it with old newspaper, and voila, a dressmaker's dummy.

It's probably more effort than it's worth for Friday, but the next time you need one, try it.

Definitely more work than I could possibly do by Friday. Especially since I still need to run back out and get another couple of things.

And WD-40. Can't forget WD-40. (It's kind of the anti-duct-tape, really. To the point you can allegedly even remove duct tape with it.)
