A dressmaker's dummy can be constructed. Just put on a cheapo tshirt and shorts, and then wrap yourself in duct tape. Carefully have someone cut the duct tape straight up the back so you can get out, then tape the figure back up. Stuff it with old newspaper, and voila, a dressmaker's dummy.
It's probably more effort than it's worth for Friday, but the next time you need one, try it.

Definitely more work than I could possibly do by Friday. Especially since I still need to run back out and get another couple of things.
Besides, it's not like I can actually sew or anything... (though I did re-attach a button to a shirt last night) :)
