Feeling good!

Ate fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and had sushi for lunch. Did a minimal amount of exercise (Little workouts in my room, walking to sushi place) and I am feeling good! Even though I don't have much money for the next two weeks, or have no traffic on cam today. That's okay! My body and mind are feeling good ( Read more... )

Be careful with the amount of sushi you eat. It actually isn't as healthy as people play it off to be. It's super high in sodium.
