What a pleasant day.
The wheel on my iPod just stopped working [I /might/ have walked in the rain with it], and unlike last time [yes, this happened before..] it didn't start working again. So, I brought it to the super imposing Mac store at the mall where I work. The guy erased my files, and fooled around with it a little... and then he goes 'Well, the wheel's still not working. I'm going to go get you a new one.' and then he went into the back room, and came back with a brand new iPod. *insert jaw drop* I was like 'For serious?!' and he was all smiles and polite, and 'Enjoy!' about it. And because I wanted to take good care of this one, I bought it a spiffy green case.
Marthe brought me a coffee at work, and I borrowed out the new Teen Titans game, so I'm a happy camper. After yesterday's sickness, this was very welcome. I also took a nap. And the Coffee Express from up the street called to interview me, so I'm gonna go, because a second job would be very welcome.
Now I am cheerfully drinking miso soup out of a cookie monster bowl, and considering going back to sleep.
