Bellydancing a lot, including classes.

Trying to bike to work at least twice a week (looking forward to cooler weather, which would make it so much easier ^_^).

Had a nice little system worked out, and then last week, I didn't do anything - my work/life schedule got too crazy and I needed my car every day. So now, I just feel lazy and soft. Hoping to get things back on track starting Monday. If I can get my ass out of bed early enough, maybe I can even stop by the gym first thing and do some weights before I go to work. And maybe if I put this in writing, it will be more concrete.

I'm shooting to do a 5k. Trying to find a good training system for it. Saw this and it seems to be ok: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml. If anyone has advice, lemme know! :)
