A Perilous Quest
after changing my insurance to direct deposit, i knew my premium would go from $87 to $79 by eliminating the retarded "service fee". what i didnt know was that it would automatically re-evaluate my premium. apparently one of my driving violations went off my record and now i only pay $68 a month. $20 saved each month. yay.
i just tried to call OU financial aid to fix the bill problem they have with me. well, the recorded message said," Thank you for calling OU financial aid. Our office hours are from 8am-4pm monday-friday. unfortunately, our representatives are not available from 12-12:30 today. no message prompts will be given. Call again." i hate them so much. 3 weeks i have been trying to get a hold of someone to fix this. grrr.
my GM said the mall only had 11 added features so far, i peronally have 18. thats not counting lloyds. i smell something fishy.
spiderman was good. i liked it. that leaves only king arthur and the bourne supremecy left to see.
Brian, putting your bias towards nintendo aside, which do you think will be better, the DS or the PSP?
as far as i read. i think the PSP and the DS will both be pretty awesome. the DS will be nice because of the two screens and the compatiblility to the GBA games. the stylus/directional pad movement also seems revolutional, but i dont know how well it would work for me. plus, they say it will be able to text other devices and possibly send drawings made by the stylus. not only does it have many possibilities as far as the features go, the price is not too bad. estimates show anywhere from $140 to $199. the PSP seems to me like a straight up advancement of raw portable power. it has enough storage to play full-length movies without lagging the system. the clarity of the screen is supposed to put all other portable game systems to shame. plus they are bringing some of my favorite titles to the system like, Gran Turismo, NFS Underground, Tiger Woods Golf and more. not much more is known about the features or posibilities yet, but this puppy wont be cheap. guesstimates put it at around $299. those were all rumor i heard so i dont know how much is accurate, but they both seem kickass to me.
