Declaration: I absolutely love, love LOVE everything that I'm doing right now. Honestly. I think that Mass Comm is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me (wow that's sad) but I see no reason in restraining myself from broadcasting this very joyous sentiment to the well, mass. I think it's probably the fact that I'm actually now studying about things I actually WISH to learn about, as opposed to all that bio/physics/complicated math theories we were being forced to stuff up our tortured brains in Secondary school some moons before.
So far we've been learning brilliant stuff in SocPsych, Radio, and even the admittedly boring module that is Principles of Marketing. Our extremely alluring tutor more than makes up for this slight defect, in my opinion, and I believe I don't stand alone in this sentiment! Honestly, his wicked, cynical sense of humour is extremely effective in keeping us all hanging on to his every single word and he has got this sexy Canadian accent and subdued grins to boot. He isn't tall, dark, or handsome, but he is very alluring.
But NO, I do not like him!
Anyway, I must mention that the class of T106 is just swell. I'm delighted that I've spoken to more people this week, but I hope to get myself further acquainted with some of the people in my class. Everyone's been startlingly friendly from Day 1, and that had been pretty overwhelming at first. They made me forget that I ever thought making new friends in an entirely foreign environment was a daunting task, though, and it's all just really good.
Before I sign off, gotta send big kisses to people like Evelyn, Serene, Valerie, Ming, Jenny, Charmaine, Keshia, Benita, Zi Xin (you know your command of Chinese is waaay better than a jealous somebody in our class, girl) and everyone else whose names I'd forgotten. (I'm sorry, but my very ineffective memory has always been well, ineffective.) I've linked you all up, but if I missed somebody, just holler!
